Birdcage Dollhouse


I have a new project! Marv found this for me at Z-Gallery. It is a 6 story bird cage that I will be turning into a dollhouse. This should keep me busy for a while!!

woooooooooooohooooooooooooooo I can so so much going on in this 6 story bird cage. oh my! full of dragons and fairies. BOY you WILL have your hands full but when it is done it will be spectacular! I see little cities and vines hanging down so they can get to each floor. I am coming over to help you. I love it and your hubby was so sweet to get it for you. Hurry! when ya gonna get started?

That's a beautiful birdcage, Noel. As a dollhouse, though, I keep thinking of a series of jailhouse scenes.... I've even got the music for it:

I love your bircage Noel! Sounds fasinating to transform it into a dollhouse. You will have a ton of fun looking for tiny oreintal items. They have such fabulouse art papers and origami papers you can use. I love the baby shoes too. You painted them so pretty. I love what you have done with the faces. I have some of those faces laying around too! I never thought of adding clay or similar to them. It is a great idea!

Thanks Karen! I was at the county fair yesterday and got some wonderful little chinese dragons and so little red lanterns that fit over christmas style lights. They are the perfect scale! They even have red tassles hanging from them.

I'll have to show some pics as I collect these little treasures.
